Utility Token Framework
Fixia operates on a utility token system to facilitate connections between experts and customers. Tokens are purchased to access premium features (such as posting job openings or viewing candidate details) and are consumed dynamically directly on the platform.
1. Tokens Purchase Policy
All purchases of Fixia utility tokens (whether standard pricing bundles or custom enterprise tokens) are **final, non-refundable, and non-reversible**.
Once tokens are purchased:
- They cannot be converted back into cash, transferred, or refunded to your credit card/Paystack account.
- They must be spent on the platform for designated connections (e.g., job postings, applications, or profile reviews).
- Tokens have no real-world monetary value outside the Fixia ecosystem.
2. Direct P2P Service Agreements
Fixia is a matchmaking and expert directory ecosystem. We facilitate the discovery of trusted professionals, but **we do not act as an escrow agent, payment processor, or contracting party** for the physical jobs carried out.
All agreements, quotes, mobilization fees, material costs, and service payments are transacted and negotiated **directly between the Customer and the Expert**.
- Fixia holds no funds in escrow for service requests and does not charge booking commission on work completed.
- Any payments made to an expert for mobilization, transit, or labor must be resolved directly with the expert.
- Fixia is not liable for disputes, refunds, or work quality issues arising from direct peer-to-peer agreements.
Disputes & Arbitration
While we do not hold funds or handle cash refunds for work disagreements, we maintain strict platform quality. If you encounter an expert or client acting fraudulently, please report them to our verification team. We actively suspend accounts that fail to live up to our community commitments.
